Our First Venture
Residential Development, Glyfada - Laodikis 9
Our first venture “Le Sanctuaire flottant” designed by the 314 Architectural Studio and developed by Future Constructions is a contemporary residential building located in the center of Glyfada on Laodikis 9 street, redefining the urban apartment block through disciplined architecture and layered design.
This project sets the foundation for how Synapse operates: clear structure, controlled growth, long-term value.
