Synapse began as a conversation between two partners — in life and in ambition. We had spent years building expertise across different fields, and we kept coming back to the same question: what would it look like to channel everything we've learned into ventures we fully own and shape?
The answer needed a name that reflected how we think — and we found it in the brain's own architecture. Synapses are the connections that allow us to learn, adapt, and grow; they are the reason one spark of insight can become something extraordinary.
That idea became our identity — and our logo brings it to life, its flowing nodes and interconnected pathways evoking the structure, connectivity, and forward momentum at the heart of everything we do.
Synapse is an incubator born from shared curiosity and the conviction that the best way to grow is to build something yourself. Our first step is a luxury residential development, but the roadmap stretches well beyond a single industry.

About us
Georgia Prappa
Co-FounderA physicist and educator with a gift for making complex things clear. Georgia has spent years as a private tutor, coach, and teacher — guiding young students toward university entry and helping adults re-enter the educational system through public schools, private institutions, and one-on-one mentoring. Years of working closely with people of all ages and backgrounds have given her a deep understanding of human behaviour — what motivates people, what holds them back, and what makes an experience truly resonate. Her patience, clarity of thought, and genuine care for people bring a human-centred perspective to everything Synapse builds. She is the reason the question "who is this for?" is never an afterthought.
A physicist by training and a software developer by discipline. With a BSc in Physics and an MSc in Software Development, Alexandros spent years in senior management roles across telecommunications and banking, leading large-scale software initiatives.
He went on to co-found AgileActors, a software development services company, and later NextDot, a startup in the continuous feedback space.
At Synapse, he brings a blend of strategic thinking, entrepreneurial experience, and a deep understanding of what it takes to turn an idea into a functioning venture.
